Mr. Martin is the firm's founder. He received his J.D. from Pace Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995. Mr. Martin assists clients in estate planning, civil litigation, divorces, custody, appeals and many other legal matters. He is also a Village Court Justice in the Village of Fishkill.
Mr. Hoerter, of counsel to the firm, is a retired New York City Police Officer who helps clients in a wide variety of criminal matters and appeals. In addition to trying numerous cases ranging from speeding tickets to first degree murder, Mr. Hoerter also has extensive experience in conducting appeals before the First, Second and Third Departments of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, the New York Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Hoerter spent five years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeal's Bureau of the Bronx County DA's Office. Mr. Hoerter received his J.D. from Pace Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992.
Ms. Flanagan, of counsel to the firm, is a general practice attorney. She received her J.D. from Regent University Law School and was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2009 and to the New York State Bar in March of 2010. Ms. Flanagan assists clients in estate planning, family law, separation through mediation, criminal law, and many other legal matters.
